I was a project manager and learned that if the customer can't figure out how to work it than your program has an issue. They refused to give me a refund because they said the program worked (they gave me instructions on how to fix the sound). I did email them to get a refund as I was highly dissatisfied with the program. Unfortunately because the slideshow presentation was soon, I didn't have time to email customer service for an answer. I find myself pretty tech-savvy and my husband is a programmer but neither of us could for the life of us figure out how to fix our music issues.
